Now turning to the south of the SN overpass, by August 1949, the mound blocking the path of the future freeway has been excavated as has much of Glenwood Glade’s western flank. The last surviving portion of Landvale Rd. borders Hamilton’s Market. A south view prior to construction has not been found.
